Please note, we run a very busy clinic and we might be talking to other clients when you call. If you cannot get through please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to come back to you. We will aim to come back to you within one hour but if you email after hours or over the weekend it will take us longer to acknowledge your message. Please do not email for urgent appointments!

On line Appointments

You can also book your appointments online. This method is available for both new and current clients. However, if you are visiting the clinic for the first time, we would advise you to call one of our friendly reception staff to discuss your needs so we can ensure you are booked in to see the right practitioner.

Please note: it is important that you provide us with accurate contact details. All appointments booked online will need to be confirmed either by phone or email by one of our reception team.

Home Visits

For those of our clients who cannot travel to the clinic, we offer Home Visits service. Home visits are carried out by fully insured, professional and friendly practitioner. Our practitioner will take your full medical history and carry out the treatment. Our home list service is available on Thursdays in Farnham area and Wednesday afternoons is Guildford area.

Online Booking

We apologise for any inconvenience but we have had to temporarily suspend our online booking system. We are only permitted to open our clinic providing we follow strict rules and regulations. We have been notified that it is now necessary for us to screen every client when they book an appointment with us. This would, as I am sure you appreciate, not be possible using online booking.
